Using interactive exercises, the participants: analyze gender-specific conversational and behavioral differences; explain the impact of conversational styles and rituals on four areas: connection, confidence, competence, and credit; and identify necessary behavioral or attitudinal changes to minimize misunderstandings based on gender differences.
